Terms & Conditions — 399dt Platform Agreement

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "399dt" refers to the online betting and casino platform operated at the domain 399dt.io, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features accessible under that domain.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player to access 399dt services.
• "Platform" means the website, mobile-optimised interface, and any associated software through which 399dt services are delivered.
• "Player" means any individual who has registered an Account on the 399dt platform and whose account is in good standing.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any financial stake placed on a sports market, casino game, crash game, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the sole currency in which all financial transactions on the Platform are conducted.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 399dt may require Players to complete before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed appropriate.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means the deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available within a Player's Account settings.

References to the singular include the plural and vice versa. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation. References to "writing" include electronic communications sent to the addresses specified herein.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 399dt platform, creating an Account, or placing any Wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on this Platform, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Eligibility

The 399dt platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 399dt reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.

3.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is primarily designed to serve players located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 399dt does not represent that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in any specific location outside its primary market.

3.3 Registration Requirements

To register an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, contact details, and preferred payment method. You must not:

• Register using a false identity or another person's details;
• Create more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details;
• Register on behalf of any third party;
• Register if you have previously had an Account closed or suspended by 399dt for a breach of these Terms.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

399dt may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any stage of your use of the Platform, including before processing a withdrawal request. Acceptable verification documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

4 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not share it with any other person;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify 399dt immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

399dt will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions or where the unauthorised access results from your negligence or wilful misconduct.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

5.1 Currency

All transactions on the 399dt platform are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No foreign currency conversion is offered or implied.

5.2 Accepted Deposit Methods

399dt currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and Visa/Mastercard where applicable. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account verification status.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified Players are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours. 399dt reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.

5.4 Third-Party Payments

399dt does not accept deposits from payment sources that are not registered in the Player's own name. Any funds received from third-party accounts may be confiscated and the Player's Account suspended pending investigation.

5.5 Transaction Fees

399dt does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash or Nagad) may apply their own service charges, for which 399dt bears no responsibility.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, 399dt may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to Players. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only, as determined by 399dt at its sole discretion;
• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period — unused bonus funds expire upon the end of that period;
• Bonuses may not be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated;
• Players who hold multiple Accounts are ineligible for any promotional offer;
• 399dt reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not affect the fairness of any promotion already in progress.

Abuse of bonus systems — including but not limited to hedging bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus, the associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

7 Betting Rules and Wager Settlement

7.1 Placement of Bets

A bet is considered accepted and binding once 399dt's system has confirmed the wager and a bet reference number has been issued. It is your responsibility to verify that bets have been accepted correctly. 399dt will not be liable for bets that were not confirmed due to technical failure, connection interruption, or insufficient funds.

7.2 Odds and Markets

All odds are displayed in decimal format. 399dt reserves the right to alter odds and close markets at any time prior to the official start of an event. In-play markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing throughout the duration of a live event.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void and the stake returned in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the permitted carry-over period; the market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; a palpable error in the pricing of an event is identified (e.g., odds that materially misrepresent the true probability of an outcome).

7.4 Match Integrity

399dt takes match integrity seriously. Any wager suspected of being placed in connection with match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other corrupt activity will be voided. 399dt cooperates fully with sports governing bodies, including the ICC and BPL Governing Council, on matters of match integrity.

8 Casino and Game Rules

All casino games and crash games available on the 399dt platform — including live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, and 399dt-exclusive titles such as Ice and Fire and Dragon Tiger Luck — are subject to the rules published by the respective game provider, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the dealer's actions. 399dt does not manipulate game outcomes under any circumstances. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed result and a server-recorded result, the server record shall be conclusive.

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each game and are displayed within the game interface. 399dt reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time. Players are responsible for reviewing the applicable limits before placing a wager.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 399dt platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Operating multiple Accounts, whether alone or in combination with other persons;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other non-human methods to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Placing bets in connection with any event in which you have a direct influence on the outcome (e.g., a player, official, or coach);
• Laundering money or using the Platform for any other unlawful financial purpose;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 399dt staff or other users through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's technology.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 399dt platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game assets, software code, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the exclusive property of 399dt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 399dt.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 399dt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical failures, service interruptions, or delays;
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions;
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security;
• Any errors in odds, game outcomes, or bet settlement that are subsequently corrected in accordance with these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit 399dt's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or restricted.

12 Responsible Gaming

399dt is firmly committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only. Gambling should never be viewed as a means of generating income or relieving financial hardship.

399dt provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly within your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount you can deposit;
• Loss Limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period;
• Session Time Limits: Receive alerts when your active session exceeds a duration you set in advance;
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of your choosing;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a specified minimum period.

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period;
• A Player voluntarily requesting Account closure or self-exclusion;
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate the termination of services to a particular user or jurisdiction.

Upon termination for cause, 399dt may withhold any funds in the Account pending investigation. Upon termination without cause or at the Player's own request, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to outstanding KYC requirements being satisfied.

14 Amendments to These Terms

399dt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or via a notice displayed prominently on the Platform. The "Effective Date" shown at the top of this document will be updated to reflect the date on which the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the communication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure by contacting [email protected].

15 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the 399dt platform or these Terms, 399dt encourages Players to contact the support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, 399dt operates a formal complaints procedure. To initiate a formal complaint, Players must submit a written description of the dispute, the outcome sought, and any supporting documentation to [email protected]. 399dt will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days and aim to provide a final response within 14 business days.
